PT Bank OCBC NISP tbk has chosen Cloudera to help transform its operations into a digital-first bank, the data company announced Monday.
The Indonesian bank aims to leverage Cloudera's hybrid data platform and machine learning solutions to offer improved banking experiences for customers. This partnership will allow OCBC NISP to explore generative AI solutions and enhance its data management, analytics and AI capabilities.
OCBC NISP's growing in-house data science team required a hybrid data strategy to integrate with the bank's data lake. This integration will enable data scientists and business users to work seamlessly with various applications, helping deliver transformer-based AI models and real-time, personalized recommendations to customers.
